A Woolly Yarn began its journey in 2013 as a merino sheep farm in Bulahdelah, NSW, specialising in regenerative and sustainable practices. Our Australian-made superfine 17-micron yarn, available in 4 and 8 ply, reflects our commitment to quality. We offer a variety of yarn either in balls and hanks/skeins designed for passionate knitters and crocheters. Our aim is to provide chemical-free, high-quality products that inspire creativity, while also promoting sustainable crafting. Phoebe
Meet Phoebe, the beloved matriarch of our flock and the oldest sheep we have! With her mischievous spirit, there's no gate or fence can contain her when she her mind on an adventure. As our first bottle-raised lamb, she holds a special place in our hearts and continues to lead her flock with a playful charm that keeps us all on our toes.
